The consultation charges are inclusive of taxes.

Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance shall you need to move your scheduled appointment to a later date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of appointment. 

After payment, a what's app group will be created between you and Nirupama to discuss a mutually suitable appointment date and further details. This what's app group will be dissolved at the end of appointment validity. (Please note that waiting time for an appointment can be between 6-10 days).

The validity for one day consultation shall terminate on the day of consultation, and that of 28 and 90 days program and associated follow ups shall terminate at the end of the respective tenure. 

The 28 and 90 days program will commence on your chosen day for the first video consult. Once started, the program cannot be paused or transferred to a later date for continuity.

Regular follow-ups and check-ins are critical to the coaching program. If the client consistently fails to adhere to the guidelines and follow up schedule, the Nutrition Coach reserves the right to terminate the client's participation in the program. No refund will be issued in such cases. 

The programme will also be terminated without refund in case of professional misbehaviour.

By signing up for the program, the client acknowledges and agrees to all these terms.
