The consultation charges are inclusive of taxes.

Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance shall you need to move your scheduled appointment to a later date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of appointment.

After payment, a what's app group will be created between you and Nirupama to discuss a mutually suitable appointment date and further details. This what's app group will be dissolved at the end of appointment validity. (Please note that waiting time for an appointment can be between 6-10 days).

The validity for one day consultation shall terminate on the day of consultation, and that of 28 days program and associated follow ups shall terminate at the end of 28 days tenure.

The 28 days program will commence on your chosen day for the first video consult. Once started, the program cannot be paused or transferred to a later date for continuity.
